3.2 Estimates and Recommendations
Any information, recommendations, pricing, or estimates provided before an on-site inspection are preliminary and based solely upon the information available at the time. Plumbing systems are often concealed within walls, floors, ceilings, crawl spaces, slabs, or underground, and conditions may not be fully known until work begins.
Accordingly, all estimates are subject to revision following inspection, testing, code review, or discovery of concealed or unforeseen conditions. No estimate constitutes a guarantee that additional work, materials, labor, or repairs will not be required.
3.3 No Guarantee of Specific Results
While AllClear Plumbing Pros strives to provide high-quality workmanship and professional service, we do not guarantee that every plumbing issue can be permanently resolved without additional repairs, replacement of components, or future maintenance. Plumbing systems naturally deteriorate over time, and new issues may develop that are unrelated to previously completed work.
Except as expressly provided in a written warranty issued by the Company, we make no guarantee that any repair or service will permanently eliminate all existing or future plumbing problems.
3.4 Compliance with Laws and Codes
All work performed by AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC is intended to comply with applicable plumbing codes, building codes, manufacturer specifications, and legal requirements in effect at the time the Services are performed. If previously installed plumbing systems, fixtures, or construction do not comply with current codes or create unsafe conditions, additional work may be required before repairs or installations can be completed.
The Customer acknowledges that code upgrades or additional repairs required by applicable law are not included unless specifically identified in the approved estimate or work order.
3.5 Third-Party Products and Manufacturers
Many products, fixtures, appliances, and equipment installed or serviced by the Company are manufactured by third parties. Manufacturer warranties are separate from any workmanship warranty offered by AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC.
The Company does not manufacture these products and is not responsible for defects, recalls, shipping delays, discontinued products, manufacturer warranty decisions, or failures resulting from manufacturing defects. Any applicable manufacturer warranty shall be governed solely by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
3.6 Right to Modify Services

3.7 Independent Contractor
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC performs Services as an independent contractor. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship between the Company and any Customer.

5. SERVICE ESTIMATES & PRICING
AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC is committed to providing honest, transparent, and professional pricing for all plumbing services. Because every plumbing system, property, and repair is unique, all estimates and pricing are subject to the terms set forth in this Section.
5.1 Estimates Are Preliminary
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC, all verbal, written, emailed, texted, or electronically generated estimates are preliminary estimates only.
Initial pricing may be based solely upon information provided by the Customer before an on-site inspection. Since concealed plumbing systems cannot always be fully evaluated until a technician performs a physical inspection or begins diagnostic work, actual pricing may differ from any preliminary estimate.
An estimate does not constitute a guarantee that additional labor, materials, repairs, equipment, permits, or code upgrades will not be required.
5.2 Diagnostic Inspection
Before providing a final recommendation, our technician may perform a visual inspection, testing, diagnostic procedures, or other reasonable evaluations necessary to determine the cause of the plumbing issue.
The Customer understands that hidden defects, inaccessible piping, underground utilities, slab leaks, deteriorated plumbing systems, previous improper repairs, or unforeseen conditions may not become apparent until diagnostic work or repairs begin.
If additional work is required, the technician will explain the findings and obtain Customer authorization before performing additional billable work whenever reasonably possible.
5.3 Approval Before Work Begins
Except in emergency situations where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent personal injury or significant property damage, no repair, installation, or replacement work requiring additional charges will be performed without the Customer’s approval.
Customer approval may be provided by:
- Electronic signature;
- Written authorization;
- Email confirmation;
- Text message confirmation;
- Recorded verbal authorization where legally permitted; or
- Any other legally recognized method of acceptance.
The approved estimate or work order becomes part of the agreement between the Customer and AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC.
5.4 Pricing Subject to Change
Final pricing may increase or decrease based upon factors including, but not limited to:
- Actual conditions discovered during inspection;
- Hidden plumbing defects;
- Additional labor required;
- Additional materials or equipment;
- Customer-requested changes;
- Building or plumbing code requirements;
- Permit requirements;
- Manufacturer specifications;
- Material availability;
- Supply chain shortages;
- Specialty equipment requirements;
- After-hours, weekend, or holiday service;
- Emergency response conditions; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
If the scope of work materially changes, an updated estimate will be presented for approval before additional billable work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.
5.5 Flat-Rate Pricing
Where applicable, AllClear Plumbing Pros utilizes flat-rate pricing for many services. Flat-rate pricing is based upon the value of the completed repair or installation rather than the amount of time spent performing the work.
Flat-rate pricing may include labor, standard materials, overhead, equipment, licensing, insurance, warranty obligations, and other business costs necessary to perform professional plumbing services.
5.6 Customer-Supplied Materials
If the Customer requests that AllClear Plumbing Pros install, repair, or work with materials, fixtures, appliances, or equipment supplied by the Customer or another third party, the Company reserves the right to decline such work.
If the Company agrees to install customer-supplied products:
- Labor charges will still apply.
- Additional labor resulting from defective, incompatible, incorrect, or incomplete materials will be billed at the Company’s applicable rates.
- The Company does not warrant customer-supplied products or materials.
- Manufacturer defects, missing parts, or product failures remain the responsibility of the Customer and the product manufacturer.
5.7 Promotional Pricing and Discounts
From time to time, AllClear Plumbing Pros may offer coupons, promotional pricing, membership discounts, seasonal specials, financing incentives, or other promotional offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotions may not be combined.
- Promotions have no cash value.
- Promotions may expire without notice.
- Promotions may be limited to specific services or geographic areas.
- Promotions may exclude diagnostic fees, permits, specialty equipment, financing charges, membership fees, or previously completed work.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Membership discounts, including benefits available through the AllClear Protection Club, are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable membership agreement.
5.8 Taxes, Permits, and Additional Charges
Unless specifically included in an approved estimate, pricing may not include:
- Sales or use taxes;
- Permit fees;
- Inspection fees;
- Engineering costs;
- Utility fees;
- Restoration work;
- Drywall repair;
- Painting;
- Concrete replacement;
- Landscaping restoration;
- Cabinet removal or replacement;
- Finish carpentry;
- Mold remediation; or
- Other work outside the approved plumbing scope.
The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, governmental fees, permit costs, and approved additional services unless otherwise stated in writing.
5.9 Financing
Financing, when offered, is provided solely through independent third-party financing companies.
Approval, interest rates, payment terms, promotional financing, credit decisions, and loan servicing are determined exclusively by the financing provider. AllClear Plumbing Pros does not guarantee financing approval and assumes no responsibility for any financing decision made by a third-party lender.
5.10 Pricing Errors
While we strive for accuracy, clerical, typographical, software, pricing, or calculation errors may occasionally occur.
AllClear Plumbing Pros reserves the right to correct any pricing error before work is authorized or before a contract is executed. If an obvious pricing error is identified after an estimate is generated but before Customer approval, the Company may withdraw or revise the estimate.
5.11 No Price Guarantee
Unless expressly provided in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC, pricing is valid only for the period stated on the estimate or, if no expiration date is provided, for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance.
After that period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in labor costs, material costs, supplier pricing, market conditions, or other factors.
5.12 Customer Acknowledgement
By approving an estimate or authorizing work, the Customer acknowledges that:
- They have reviewed and approved the scope of work and pricing.
- They understand that concealed or unforeseen conditions may require additional work.
- No additional billable work will be performed without authorization except as necessary to address an immediate safety hazard or prevent significant property damage.
- They accept responsibility for payment in accordance with the approved estimate, invoice, financing agreement, membership agreement, or other applicable contract.
6. SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENT WINDOW
AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC strives to provide prompt, reliable, and professional service while recognizing that plumbing emergencies, weather conditions, traffic, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling. This Section governs all appointment requests and service scheduling.
6.1 Appointment Requests
Customers may request service appointments through our Website, by telephone, email, text message, online chat, or any other communication method authorized by AllClear Plumbing Pros.
Submitting a service request does not constitute acceptance of the appointment by the Company. An appointment is not confirmed until the Customer receives confirmation from an authorized representative of AllClear Plumbing Pros.
6.2 Appointment Windows
Unless a specific appointment time is expressly agreed to in writing, appointments are scheduled within a designated arrival window, rather than at an exact time.
Estimated arrival windows are provided solely for scheduling convenience and are not guaranteed. Actual arrival times may vary due to:
- Emergency service calls;
- Previous appointments requiring additional time;
- Traffic conditions;
- Weather conditions;
- Material or equipment delays;
- Technician availability;
- Unforeseen jobsite conditions; or
- Other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
The Customer acknowledges that arrival windows are estimates only and do not create a guarantee or contractual obligation that a technician will arrive at an exact time.
6.3 Communication Regarding Delays
If we anticipate a significant delay, AllClear Plumbing Pros will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer using the contact information provided.
Failure to successfully contact the Customer due to incorrect or outdated contact information shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Customer Availability
An adult who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and authorized to approve work must be present at the property during the scheduled appointment unless prior arrangements have been approved by the Company.
If the Customer or authorized representative is unavailable upon the technician’s arrival, the technician may be required to leave the property and the appointment may be considered a missed appointment.
6.5 Missed Appointments
If:
- No one is present at the property;
- Access to the property cannot be obtained;
- Required utilities are unavailable;
- Pets or other hazards prevent safe access;
- The Customer refuses access to the work area; or
- The appointment cannot proceed for reasons within the Customer’s control,
AllClear Plumbing Pros reserves the right to cancel the appointment and assess a reasonable trip charge, diagnostic fee, or rescheduling fee where permitted by law and previously disclosed.
6.6 Rescheduling and Cancellations
Customers may request to reschedule or cancel appointments by contacting our office as soon as reasonably possible.
While we understand that unexpected circumstances occur, repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or last-minute cancellations may result in:
- Loss of promotional pricing;
- Loss of priority scheduling;
- Assessment of applicable cancellation or trip charges where permitted by law; or
- Refusal of future scheduling for habitual abuse of the scheduling system.
6.7 Emergency Service Priority
Emergency plumbing situations involving active water leaks, flooding, sewer backups, gas leaks, loss of water service, or other conditions posing an immediate risk to persons or property may receive scheduling priority over previously scheduled non-emergency appointments.
Accordingly, previously scheduled appointments may occasionally be delayed or rescheduled to allow our technicians to respond to emergency situations. We appreciate our Customers’ understanding in these circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience.
6.8 Right to Refuse or Reschedule Service
AllClear Plumbing Pros reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or refuse service whenever necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- Unsafe working conditions;
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Governmental orders or emergencies;
- Equipment failure;
- Material shortages;
- Unsafe or abusive customer conduct;
- Health or safety concerns affecting our employees; or
- Any circumstance that, in our reasonable judgment, prevents the safe, lawful, or professional completion of the requested Services.
6.9 Technician Safety
The safety of our employees is a top priority. Customers agree to provide a reasonably safe work environment and to disclose any known hazardous conditions before service begins.
Our technicians may refuse to enter or remain on a property if they reasonably believe conditions present an unacceptable risk, including but not limited to:
- Aggressive or unsecured animals;
- Threatening, abusive, or violent behavior;
- Illegal activity;
- Unsafe structures;
- Biohazards;
- Hazardous materials;
- Electrical hazards; or
- Any condition that could jeopardize the health or safety of our personnel.
Any suspension or termination of Services under this Section shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.10 Customer Acknowledgement
By scheduling an appointment with AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Appointment times are estimated arrival windows unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
- Delays may occur due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- An authorized adult must generally be present unless otherwise approved by the Company.
- Emergency calls may take priority over routine appointments.
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service when necessary to protect the safety of its employees, Customers, or the public.
- Scheduling requests are subject to technician availability and final confirmation by AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC.
S7. EMERGENCY SERVICE
AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC understands that certain plumbing issues require immediate attention to help protect the health, safety, and property of our Customers. While we make every reasonable effort to respond promptly to emergency service requests, emergency response times are estimates only and are subject to technician availability, weather, traffic, travel distance, existing service commitments, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
7.1 Definition of an Emergency
For purposes of these Terms, an “Emergency Plumbing Service” generally includes plumbing conditions that, in the Company’s reasonable professional judgment, present an immediate risk of:
- Significant water damage to real or personal property;
- Active flooding or uncontrolled water leaks;
- Sewer backups or sewage overflow;
- Suspected gas leaks involving plumbing systems;
- Complete loss of water service where immediate repair is necessary;
- Burst or frozen water pipes;
- Plumbing failures creating an immediate health or safety hazard; or
- Any other condition that, if left unaddressed, could reasonably result in substantial property damage or personal injury.
The Company reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a service request qualifies as an emergency.
7.2 No Guaranteed Response Time
Although AllClear Plumbing Pros strives to provide rapid emergency response, we do not guarantee arrival within any specific period of time.
Estimated arrival times are provided solely as a courtesy and may change due to:
- Existing emergency service calls;
- Traffic conditions;
- Severe weather;
- Road closures;
- Natural disasters;
- Technician availability;
- Material or equipment availability;
- Safety concerns; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Failure to arrive within an estimated time does not constitute a breach of these Terms or create liability on the part of the Company.
7.3 Emergency Scheduling Priority
Emergency service requests may receive priority over previously scheduled non-emergency appointments.
To accommodate emergency situations, AllClear Plumbing Pros reserves the right to delay, interrupt, postpone, or reschedule routine appointments without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Customers as soon as practicable.
7.4 Customer Responsibilities During an Emergency
The Customer agrees to take reasonable steps to minimize property damage while awaiting our arrival when it is safe to do so. Such steps may include:
- Shutting off the property’s main water supply;
- Shutting off gas service if a gas leak is suspected and it is safe to do so;
- Turning off electrical power to affected areas where water presents an electrical hazard;
- Moving valuables away from affected areas;
- Contacting emergency services or the utility provider when appropriate; and
- Following any reasonable instructions provided by our office over the telephone.
Customers should never place themselves in danger attempting to control an emergency situation.
7.5 Access to the Property
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe, timely, and unobstructed access to the affected areas of the property.
If access cannot be safely obtained due to locked gates, secured buildings, aggressive animals, hazardous conditions, unsafe structures, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control, emergency services may be delayed, postponed, or canceled.
7.6 Additional Charges
Emergency service performed outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or after-hours dispatch, may be subject to additional labor rates, overtime charges, trip charges, diagnostic fees, or emergency service fees, as disclosed to the Customer before work begins whenever reasonably practicable.
7.7 Temporary Repairs
In certain emergency situations, the safest or most appropriate immediate solution may be a temporary repair designed to stabilize the plumbing system and reduce the risk of further damage until permanent repairs can be completed.
The Customer acknowledges that temporary repairs are not intended to be permanent solutions and that additional work may be required.
7.8 Limitation of Responsibility
AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC is not responsible for:
- Water damage occurring before our arrival;
- Damage resulting from delayed notification by the Customer;
- Damage caused by failure to shut off utilities when safe and practical;
- Damage resulting from concealed plumbing defects;
- Mold growth, structural damage, or other secondary losses occurring before or after our Services unless directly caused by our proven negligence; or
- Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to promptly notify their homeowners’, renters’, commercial property, or other applicable insurance carrier regarding any covered loss.
7.9 Right to Decline Emergency Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate emergency services if:
- Conditions present an unreasonable safety risk to our employees;
- The Customer refuses to authorize necessary work;
- The requested work would violate applicable laws, codes, or regulations;
- Required permits cannot be obtained when legally required;
- Necessary materials or equipment are unavailable;
- Payment arrangements cannot be reasonably established when required; or
- Any other circumstance exists that prevents the safe, lawful, or professional performance of the requested Services.
7.10 Customer Acknowledgement
By requesting emergency plumbing services from AllClear Plumbing Pros LLC, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Emergency response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
